YHC cooperates with many different organizations.
A representative sample follows:

1) Kolot BaNegev (in the south): cooperation in the founding of a series of Study Halls in the southern region for joint study between secular and religious Jews of the Jewish heritage. Primarily professional cooperation, but sometimes also shared funding.

2) BaMidbar (in Yerocham) YHC is working together with BaMidbar – like YHC, a Jewish renewal organization – in connection with Project Impulse.

3) The Sapir College at Sha'ar HaNegev – an academic, degree-granting institution in the Negev, with which YHC collaborates in presenting programs like "Studies in the Weekly Torah Portion," or a series of lectures at Sapir featuring an analysis of historical myths in Jewish and Israeli history. YHC does not at this time grant academic degrees, but its courses are accredited for in-service teacher training by the Ministry of Education.

4) "Ne'emanei Torah veAvodah": - The Movement of those Faithful to Torah and Work – affiliated with the Religious Kibbutz Movement (Modern Orthodox). YHC publishes a journal with them, "De'ot," which raises for public discussion important topics connected with Jewish society in general and with modern Orthodoxy in Israel, in particular.

5) Kolekh – a forum for religious women and feminism – Key YHC staff are active in conferences, lectures and on its steering committee.

6) The Van-Leer Institute - a leading intellectual center for the interdisciplinary study and discussion of issues related to philosophy, society, culture and education. Key YHC staff are active in conferences, lectures and on its steering committee.

7) Emunah – Religious Zionist women's organization. Teachers from YHC give courses in different subjects to groups of women in the organization.
